Job Role: Embedded Software Engineer – EV Charging & Adaptive AUTOSAR

Work Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai


We are looking for Functional Developer with strong expertise in EV Charging Systems, Adaptive AUTOSAR, and Embedded Software Development . The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing requirements, defining technical solutions, and supporting the development of next-generation EV charging applications.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze system and software requirements and identify functional gaps.

• Define technical solutions and enhancements for EV charging applications.

• Collaborate with system engineers, software architects, and cross-functional teams to drive technical discussions and requirement clarification.

• Develop and validate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and solutions.

• Participate in software development, integration, testing, and validation activities.

• Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aligned with ASPICE development practices.


Required Skills

• 6–12 years of experience in EV Charging and Embedded Software Development.

• Strong knowledge of EV charging systems and charging infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with charging standards such as CHAdeMO, GB/T, ChaoJi, CCS, and ISO 15118.

• Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and Embedded C programming.

• Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink.

• Strong understanding of System and Software Requirement Analysis.

• Experience working within ASPICE SWE development processes.

• Knowledge of AC and DC Fast Charging Systems.
