We are seeking a talented
Embedded Hardware Design Engineer
with
2+ years
of experience to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered drone and robotics systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, validating, and optimizing electronic hardware solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative products from concept to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Hardware Design & Development
-
Design, simulate, and optimize electronic circuits, schematics, and multi-layer PCB layouts.

Participate in design reviews to ensure performance, reliability, manufacturability, and compliance standards.

Support hardware development throughout the product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to testing and production.
System Integration & Collaboration

Work closely with Firmware, Embedded Software, and Mechanical Engineering teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.

Translate system requirements into practical hardware implementations while considering space, thermal, and performance constraints.

Assist in implementing robust power distribution and high-speed communication architectures.
Validation & Testing
-
Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, signal validation, and performance testing.

Utilize lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes (DSOs), Multimeters, Logic Analyzers, and Power Analyzers for troubleshooting and verification.

Support EMI/EMC testing, DFM/DFT reviews, and product qualification activities.
Continuous Improvement

Research emerging technologies, components, and industry trends to improve product performance and engineering efficiency.

Leverage modern AI-powered engineering tools for documentation, design analysis, component selection, and troubleshooting.

Contribute to process improvements and engineering best practices across the hardware team.
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware Design and Development.
-
Experience in Robotics, UAVs, Aerospace, Automotive Electronics, or Embedded Systems is preferred.
Technical Skills
-
Strong proficiency in schematic capture and multi-layer PCB design (4–6+ layers).

Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, KiCad, or equivalent.

Understanding of high-speed digital design principles and interfaces including USB 3.0, MIPI CSI, LVDS, SPI, I2C, UART, and memory interfaces.
Power Electronics
-
Good understanding of Power Delivery Networks (PDN), DC-DC converters, buck/boost regulators, battery charging circuits, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).

Familiarity with power integrity and thermal considerations in embedded hardware systems.
Testing & Manufacturing
-
Experience in hardware validation, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

Knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing), DFT (Design for Testing), and EMI/EMC compliance fundamentals.

Exposure to prototype development, board bring-up, and production support activities.
