We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated
Embedded Hardware Engineer
with a minimum of 3 years of experience in embedded systems product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
circuit design, wire harnessing, and electrical architecture
, with the ability to translate client requirements into detailed system-level designs.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop embedded hardware systems for innovative product solutions.

Create circuit schematics and perform PCB layout reviews ensuring compliance with design specifications.

Design and document electrical architectures based on specific client or project requirements.

Develop block diagrams and wiring diagrams to represent system architecture and interconnections.

Select appropriate electronic and electrical components based on design requirements, availability, and cost-effectiveness.

Implement wire harnessing and wiring techniques adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure cohesive system integration.

Perform design validation, testing, and troubleshooting of prototypes and final systems.

Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials (BoMs), and support manufacturing teams during production.

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in embedded hardware design and development.

Proficiency in circuit design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCAD).

Solid understanding of wire harnessing, cable routing, and electrical interconnection techniques.

Experience in selecting and sourcing electrical/electronic components.

Ability to interpret and generate block and wiring diagrams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor integration.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., EMI/EMC, ISO, CE) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with automotive, robotics, or industrial control systems.

Hands-on experience with prototype assembly and testing.

Familiarity with CAN, UART, I2C, SPI protocols.

Basic knowledge of firmware development (e.g., C/C++) is a plus.

Knowledge of IOT based sensors and Motor controls will be an added advantage.
