Job Description

Company Description Geatpec Electronics Private Limited specializes in innovative machines and electronic solutions designed to make everyday life easier. The company provides end-to-end product development services, covering embedded electronics, firmware, and product design. In addition to development, Geatpec offers bulk manufacturing and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to a range of clients across North India. Team members collaborate closely with customers to turn concepts into reliable, scalable products. The environment is hands-on, technology-driven, and focused on practical innovation.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Hardware Developer role based in New Delhi. The Embedded Hardware Developer will design, develop, and test embedded hardware for new products and custom solutions, working from concept through to production-ready designs. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing schematics, selecting components, working with PCB designers, and collaborating with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware–software integration. The role also involves building and testing prototypes, performing debugging and root-cause analysis, and optimizing circuits for reliability, performance, and cost. The developer will support documentation, coordinate with manufacturing and EMS partners, and help troubleshoot hardware issues during pilot runs and mass production.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to embedded hardware design.
  • Proficiency in Hardware Development and Circuit Design, including schematic capture, component selection, and working with PCB layout tools.
  • Experience with Power Electronics, including power supply design, converters, and basic thermal and EMI/EMC considerations.
  • Hands-on skills in prototyping, testing, and debugging electronic circuits using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to read datasheets, create technical documentation, and collaborate effectively with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, design-for-manufacturing (DFM), and design-for-test (DFT) practices is preferred.
  • Prior experience in product development or EMS environments, especially in embedded systems, is an advantage.
