Job Role: Embedded Hardware Design Engineer
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3 To 6 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize multilayer PCB assemblies (up to 8 layers) for embedded electronic applications.
• Create and maintain schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Develop, test, and enhance embedded software solutions using C/C++ for microcontroller-based platforms.
• Conduct board bring-up, hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and system-level troubleshooting.
• Implement and validate communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN, BLE, and Ethernet.
• Execute product verification, functional testing, reliability assessments, and validation activities.
• Partner with hardware, software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate technical documentation, design records, and compliance with engineering standards.
Core Technical Competencies
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Electronics Hardware and Embedded Systems Development.
• Strong expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and Embedded firmware Development.
• Working experience with microcontroller platforms like ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, AVR, PIC.
• Solid understanding of EMI/EMC compliance, signal integrity, power management, and hardware validation methodologies.
• Proficiency in using laboratory and debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing products for Medical Devices, Healthcare Technology, or other regulated industries.
