We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Software Infrastructure team for development of hard real‑time embedded systems. The role involves close work with hardware, low‑level system development (drivers, protocols), and intensive collaboration with hardware, test, FPGA and systems engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain low‑level system software and drivers in C / C++.

Implement and maintain communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, etc.).

Work in Hard Real‑Time and Bare‑Metal environments, and with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, VxWorks) or no‑OS systems.

Produce and execute system requirements, design and test (unit, integration, system).

Optimize real‑time performance, perform system integration and HW‑SW co‑integration.

Collaborate with systems, HW, FPGA, test teams and project management from specification to customer site integration.

Prepare technical documentation: specifications, design documents and test plans.
Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or related STEM discipline — required.

Proven experience in Hard Real‑Time embedded systems development — required.

Strong motivation, systems thinking, teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills — required.

Experience with hardware interfaces and communication protocols — significant advantage.

Experience in embedded system integration and testing — advantage.

Ability to lead development end‑to‑end from requirements to deployment — advantage.

Experience producing development documentation (specs, design, tests) — advantage.

Deep understanding of low‑level software layers: direct HW access, OS integration and HW APIs — advantage.
