Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer – C/Linux Device Drivers

Role Overview

We’re looking for a self-motivated and skilled Embedded Software Engineer who thrives in low-level development and enjoys solving complex hardware-software integration challenges. You’ll work closely with our silicon and hardware teams to build and optimize drivers and firmware for high-performance SoC platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop device drivers in C for Linux or RTOS environments (PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.)
• Work on board bring-up and hardware-software integration for custom SoC platforms
• Debug complex issues in multicore systems using standard debugging tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including silicon, hardware, and platform architects
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Strong proficiency in C or C++, with a solid grasp of OS-level concepts
• Familiarity with assembly-level programming
• Experience in writing architecture-level code or device drivers for Linux or RTOS
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools, multicore systems, and platform bring-up
• Proficiency with Git, Makefiles, GNU toolchain, and shell scripting
• Exposure to one or more of the following: virtualization, IOMMUs, power management, or SoC security
• Experience collaborating with hardware architecture or chip design teams
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  
  

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE , ECE , EEE , E&I , or related fields
