Embedded Engineer

We’re looking for passionate Embedded Engineers to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller- and microprocessor-based systems

2.      Lead end-to-end firmware development—from requirements analysis to deployment and support

3.      Work closely with hardware teams for board bring-up, debugging, and validation

4.      Develop and optimize real-time systems (RTOS/non-RTOS) for performance, memory, and power efficiency

5.      Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, etc.)

6.      Drive system-level debugging using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers

7.      Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control (Git or similar)

8.      Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture

9.      Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and manufacturing teams

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or related field

2. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development

3.    Strong programming skills in C/C++ with solid low-level system understanding

4.    Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers/microprocessors (STM32, NXP, TI, etc.)

5.    Strong understanding of RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar) and real-time constraints

6.    Hands-on experience with communication protocols – UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet

7.    Experience in board bring-up, hardware-software integration, and debugging

8.    Proficiency with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)

9.    Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

10.  Understanding of memory management, power optimization, and performance tuning
