Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Embedded Engineer – Drives with hands-on experience in Siemens AC Drive systems . The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of drive systems to ensure smooth plant operations. Knowledge of PLC systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Embedded Engineer – Drives with hands-on experience in Siemens AC Drive systems . The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of drive systems to ensure smooth plant operations. Knowledge of PLC systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling maintenance and troubleshooting of Siemens SINAMICS G130, Siemens SINAMICS S120, and Siemens SINAMICS G120 AC drive systems
- Performing day-to-day breakdown maintenance of AC drives
- Conducting preventive maintenance (PM) activities as per schedule
- Diagnosing faults, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions
- Parameterization, commissioning support, and drive tuning
- Monitoring drive performance and ensuring minimum downtime
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of maintenance activities
- Maintaining proper documentation of maintenance logs and reports

Ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies
- Strong hands-on experience in Siemens AC Drives (G130, S120, G120)
- Good understanding of drive configuration, parameterization, and fault diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics
- Knowledge of PLC systems (added advantage)

Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or E&TC

3–7 years of relevant experience in drive maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial setup
- Experience in manufacturing/steel/cement/heavy industrial environment preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
