Embedded Autosar Engineer

💡 What You Will Do

• Develop driver code, fix bugs, and create automated test scripts in C for peripherals (Timers, System, and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, Ethernet, CAN, LIN, etc.).
• Design unit and integration test scenarios for embedded software.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering technical growth through knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or equivalent fields.
• Experience: We prefer candidates with 3+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development. However, if you have less experience but possess strong programming logic and a fast learning curve, we would still love to hear from you.

I. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with MCUs is a big plus.
• If you have worked with AUTOSAR (MCAL, RTE, SWC) or embedded OS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, OSEK), that’s excellent! If not, don't worry—we offer a structured training roadmap to help you get up to speed.
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes (A-SPICE, CMMI, FMEA) and tools like CANoe/CANalyzer will help you onboard more quickly.

II. Soft Skills:

• Basic English proficiency to read technical documentation and collaborate with the team.
• A proactive mindset, a desire to learn, and a readiness to embrace new challenges.
