Embedded Audio Software Engineer

Job Role:
Develop and optimize audio software for embedded platforms.
Design and implement ALSA drivers for audio hardware.
Work with Audio DSP programming to enhance audio performance.
Develop and maintain Linux drivers for audio devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate audio solutions into embedded systems.
Perform debugging and troubleshooting on audio-related software and hardware issues.
Optimize software performance for low-latency audio processing.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of audio systems and software.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in embedded audio technology and apply them to
projects.
Document technical specifications and processes related to audio software development.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ALSA (Advanced Linux Sound Architecture) driver development.
Audio HAL development skills
Experience in Audio DSP programming and optimizing audio signals.
Expertise in Linux driver development and debugging for embedded systems.
Familiarity with audio hardware, protocols, and audio codecs.
Good understanding of real-time audio processing and low-latency requirements.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in embedded and audio-related issues.
Familiarity with audio software tools and development kits.
Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment.
