Embedded Audio QA Engineer L2

͏Summary:

The Embedded Audio QA Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and executing manual and automated tests for embedded audio products. This includes designing and developing test cases, writing test scripts, executing tests and reporting test results. The engineer will also be responsible for analyzing test results and reporting defects to the development team. Responsibilities: - Develop, setup and execute manual and automated tests for embedded audio products - Create test setups for doing audio tests - Design and develop test cases - Write test scripts - Execute tests using manual and automated test tools - Analyze test results and report defects to the development team - Work with the development team to resolve defects - Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies in embedded audio Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field - 3+ years of experience in embedded Audio QA test development - Experience setting up Audio test lab equipments - Experience with embedded audio systems - Experience with automated testing tools - Experience in using GUI Audio tools like Audacity, command line tools like sox, etc. - Experience in scripting languages like TCL, python, etc. - Experience in Audio CI test automation - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Db-SPL Logistics requirement - Lab space where we can have unreleased hardware   ͏ NoPerformance ParameterMeasure1Understanding the test requirements and test case design of the productEnsure error free testing solutions, minimum process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, # of automation done using VB, macros2Execute test cases and reportingTesting efficiency & quality, On-Time Delivery, Troubleshoot queries within TAT, CSAT score

Mandatory Skills: Embedded I2S, I2C and USB.
