Embedded AI Engineer - Macro Trading Desk

Partnered with a $30BN macro focused, hedge fund. Exclusively working on the below QD mandate.

Search is for a Macro Quant Developer , hiring them into a central quant team that partners directly with discretionary PMs. The focus is on building production-grade research and decision-support tooling across macro strategies.

A big part of the mandate is driving AI-enabled workflows , including:

• LLM-powered research, data synthesis, and signal generation
• Python-based analytics and infrastructure
• API development (FastAPI) to scale tools across the investment team

This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to PMs and strong ownership over greenfield AI initiatives.
