What Will You Work on


System Development: Lead the development of Lithium-Ion battery packs from an electric-electronic perspective.

Hardware Development: Design and develop Battery Management System (BMS) hardware.

Component Engineering: Manage the development of Battery Junction Boxes and related electric/electronic systems. Perform sizing and selection of High Voltage and Low voltage E/E components.

Safety Studies: Conduct High Voltage Safety and Functional Safety studies at both the BMS and Battery pack levels.

Testing & Validation: Prepare test requirements and oversee execution for board-level, cell-level, module-level, and pack-level testing.


What You Will Need to Be Successful


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Solid knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle battery systems
  • Experience in creating specifications for HV Battery Management System hardware
  • Experience with Altium Designer and SPICE-based circuit simulation tools
  • Experience in designing and analyzing mixed-signal circuits (signal conditioning, measurement, filters, ADC/DAC, load drivers), digital/communication circuits (I²C, SPI, CAN, PWM, etc.), microcontroller-, ASIC-, and AFE-based circuits.
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC concepts, related design rules, and test procedures
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory test equipment, prototyping, board bring-up (smoke) testing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with MIL-STD based environmental, EMC/EMI, and electrical qualification standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-1275)
  • Ability to derive hardware design requirements and verification plans from MIL-STD specifications
  • Familiarity with DO-254 hardware design assurance lifecycle for complex electronic hardware
  • Experience with requirements traceability, verification planning, and certification documentation for safety-critical hardware
  • Experience supporting design reviews and compliance audits
  • Experience on functional safety (ISO 26262) electronics safety and reliability concepts
  • Experience in creating battery E/E schematics, layouts, harness and selecting E/E components (contactors, fuses, sensors, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good English skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
