Job Description

We are looking for an Electronics Engineer with a broad technical background across the full electronics lifecycle, supporting a defence programme. This role will involve working from system architecture through to PCB design, verification, and functional safety activities. On-site requirement of 4 days per week in Andover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support electronic system architecture and design activities
  • Deliver detailed PCB design and development
  • Conduct design proving, verification, and validation activities
  • Contribute to functional safety analysis and compliance
  • Work across the full product lifecycle from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in electronics engineering across multiple lifecycle phases
  • Experience with system architecture definition and design
  • Proven PCB design and development experience
  • Experience in design proving, verification, and validation
  • Knowledge of functional safety principles and standards
  • Ability to work within a defence or highly regulated environment
