Overview
This role is responsible for systems engineering activities across the lifecycle of radar and electronic warfare (REW) systems. The role combines hands‑on field-work at test ranges with data-driven analysis to inform the design, development/upgrade, integration, testing, operation and support of REW systems.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Signal Processing, Electronic Warfare Engineering or closely related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years professional Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering experience covering requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and validation.

Demonstrated experience performing EDA, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on EW and RF datasets.

Field deployment experience and ability to plan, coordinate and execute testing activities as well as collect, preprocess, and validate field data (real‑time analysis under operational constraints).

Radar and Electronic Warfare algorithm implementation and evaluation experience: detection, classification, geolocation, beamforming, pulse/PRI analysis and interference mitigation.

Strong signal‑processing fundamentals (Fourier/time‑frequency analysis, detection/estimation, classification, direction finding, Doppler processing) and EW techniques (ES/EA/EP).

Strong programming skills and experience developing analysis tools and automation in Python, MATLAB, Julia, or C/C++; experience with ML libraries, signal processing toolkits, and visualization tools.

Demonstrated experience producing technical reports, presenting findings and delivering briefings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
