We are scaling tech startup committed to end-to-end AIoT solutions. Our Sensorclouds IoT Platform delivers digital backbone for smart devices by bridging multiple sectors (Industrial Automation, Utility, Energy, and AgriTech).

Role Overview:

This role requires working across the full hardware lifecycle from design and prototyping to installation, testing, and customer support. You will work closely with the software developers team to ensure reliable product performance and support both in-house and on-site customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and develop electronic hardware and embedded systems.

• Write, test, and optimize firmware for IoT devices and microcontrollers.

• Assemble, integrate, and troubleshoot PCB and hardware components.

• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices on customer sites.

• Provide technical support and training to clients during deployments.

• Document designs, processes, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with the software and data teams to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in hardware prototyping, soldering/assembly, and PCB design (e.g: KiCAD/Altium/EASYEDA).

• Knowledge of microcontroller programming (e.g. C/C++ for ARM, ESP, or similar).

• Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).

• Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to travel for on-site installation and customer support.
