The Opportunity
Are you an Electronics Engineer with strong analogue and digital design experience and a background in high-volume product manufacture?
Our client is a market-leading IoT technology company developing innovative electronic products for global markets. They are seeking a hands-on engineer to support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products from concept through to volume production.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits.

Support PCB design, prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

Develop test equipment, fixtures, and verification procedures.

Perform fault finding, root cause analysis, and product improvements.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.

Work closely with manufacturing teams and external suppliers to ensure products are optimised for volume manufacture.

Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM), Design for Test (DFT), quality, reliability, and cost improvement initiatives.
About You
-
Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or similar.

Proven experience designing analogue and digital electronic systems.

Experience delivering products into medium or high-volume manufacturing environments.

Strong hardware debugging and fault-finding skills.

Knowledge of PCB design, EMC considerations, and manufacturing processes including SMT assembly.

Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle from concept through to production.
Experience with NPI, IoT devices, embedded electronics, or technical leadership would be advantageous.
