Job Description

Job Overview

Pay Range: $85/hr - $90/hr

Requirement/Must Have

1+ years of experience in electronic product development.
Knowledge of validation methods and reliability engineering.
Familiarity with FMEA and risk-based validation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain DVP&R plans.
Translate requirements, risks, and FMEA outputs into validation strategies.
Define acceptance criteria and ensure validation coverage.
Plan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external testing resources.
Ensure test readiness and quality execution.
Review validation results for accuracy and traceability.
Provide technical feedback and recommendations.
Support product release decisions based on validation outcomes.
Work with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams.
Align validation plans with schedules and resources.
Improve validation workflows and consistency.

Nice To Have

Experience with IMUs, MEMS sensors, or off-highway equipment.
Background in reliability or durability testing.
Hands-on lab or machine testing experience.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
