Defense Senior Electrical Engineer – FPGA / Analog & Digital Design (EVMS, CAM)

Location: Millersville, MD
Salary: $125,000 - $230,000

Relocation Assistance Available
100% Onsite


Seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development of advanced electronics hardware and subsystems for complex defense applications.


Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical engineering development efforts while managing cost and schedule performance utilizing EVMS as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
• Architect, design, develop, integrate, and test complex electronic circuit card assemblies and subsystems
• Create analog, digital, power, and FPGA designs using industry-standard tools
• Support hardware qualification, integration, troubleshooting, and customer site installations
• Develop technical documentation, design reviews, specifications, and test procedures
• Provide technical leadership and support proposal and estimating activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 9+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience (or 7+ years with advanced degree)
• Experience with analog, digital, power supply, and FPGA design
• Experience creating circuit card designs using LTSpice, Cadence/Allegro, Mentor Graphics, and Xilinx Vivado
• VHDL and/or Verilog experience
• EVMS and Control Account Management (CAM) experience
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)


Preferred:
• Hardware integration, qualification, and test experience
• Technical leadership experience
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
