Defense Lead Electrical Engineer (Analog, Power Electronics)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Relocation available

Seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to develop ruggedized analog and digital electronics for military ordnance and fuzing applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design and development activities
• Develop requirements and ensure compliance
• Perform circuit design, simulation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Support design reviews, failure investigations, and engineering changes
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 9+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analog and digital circuit design experience
• Power supply and power conversion design experience
• Experience with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, or PADS
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
