We are seeking experienced Controls, Robotics, and Automation Engineers to support a large-scale warehouse automation and robotics integration project involving Fanuc robots, Allen-Bradley PLCs, AutoStore, AGVs, vision systems, and Ignition HMI.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

✔️ Fanuc Robot Programming

✔️ Allen-Bradley PLC Programming (Studio 5000 / ControlLogix)

✔️ Keyence Vision Systems

✔️ Panther Labelers

✔️ AGV Integration & Interfacing

✔️ Ignition HMI / SCADA

✔️ AutoStore & Exacta Software Integration

✔️ Industrial Networking & IO Commissioning

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲:

• 7 Inbound Robotic Cells

• 6 Outbound Robotic Cells

• Fanuc Robot integration with AutoStore through Exacta software

• Allen-Bradley PLC v33 implementation

• Keyence vision systems and barcode scanner integration

• AGV communication and control integration

• Ignition HMI deployment and testing

• Panther Labeler commissioning

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• PLC firmware flashing and upgrades

• IP configuration and industrial network setup

• IO checkout, validation, and commissioning

• Vision system and barcode scanner integration

• Panther labeler setup and troubleshooting

• Full system integration and production testing

• Operator training and post-startup support

• Troubleshooting alongside controls, robotics, and operations teams
