Job Description

To strengthen our team at our Lindenberg im Allgäu location, we are looking for an Avionic Electronic System Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Electronic Systems & Embedded Solutions, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and development of electronic systems and components in the avionics environment
  • Conceptualization and implementation of signal electronics and sensor solutions
  • Development, integration, and testing of embedded systems
  • Analysis, optimization, and verification of electronic circuits
  • Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from software, system, and hardware development
  • Support in system integration as well as qualification and certification processes


Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in the development of electronic systems, ideally in the avionics field
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and signal processing
  • Experience working with sensors and electronic components
  • Familiarity with relevant aviation standards and development processes, particularly DO-254, DO-160, and ARP4754/ARP4761, is a plus
  • Experience with requirements management tools, ideally IBM DOORS
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential for internal and external communication


The position is compensated according to the IG Metall collective agreement. Salary increases gradually over the first months up to a gross annual salary of €99,000:

  • Months 1–3: €65,500
  • Months 4–5: €70,000
  • Months 6–7: €76,000
  • Months 8–9: €84,500
  • Months 10–12: €87,500
  • From month 13: €99,000
