Required Skills & Experience :

Proven experience in automotive embedded systems and system engineering.

Expert in development of advanced chassis systems, including suspension, steering, braking, and vehicle dynamics.

Strong background in requirement elicitation, specification, and system architecture design.

Hands-on experience with ASPICE SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3 processes.

Demonstrated success in managing project teams and delivering complex automotive systems.

Experience working with major OEMs such as Volkswagen (VW), Mercedes-Benz (MB), BMW, Stellantis.

Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Native German speaker or EU citizen with C1-level German language proficiency.
