Work with cross-functional experts to automate the entire IC lifecycle—from specs to RTL to bug fixes—using cutting-edge Generative AI. * What You'll Do: - Build Autonomous AI Agents – Create end-to-end frameworks that automate spec-to-RTL and QC bug fixes - Drive PPA Optimization – Use AI to optimize power, performance, and area with self-learning systems - Lead & Collaborate – Guide teams to turn automation challenges into AI-driven solutions - Build Knowledge Systems – Develop domain knowledge bases and multi-agent frameworks - Innovate – Research, publish patents, and bring breakthrough ideas to life

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• 1. Experience in digital IC design, skilled in spec writing, architecture design, RTL integration, and Verilog/SystemVerilog
• 2. Familiar with AI technologies (Generative AI, LLM, Deep Learning), including LLM inference, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning
• 3. Knowledge of Agentic AI platforms and technologies (Agent Skills, MCP, CLI) with ability to design Agentic Workflows
• 4. Proficient in Python, AI frameworks, C/C++, and TCL; proven experience applying AI to engineering workflows
• 5. Pioneer spirit with courage to challenge the impossible and build systems from scratch
• 6. Strategic thinking with ability to foresee technology trends and plan for the long term
• 7. Strong cross-domain communication skills, able to bridge IC and AI teams effectively , good communication skills in Chinese/English, strong team player
• 8. Resilience to deliver results under uncertainty and adapt quickly to changes
• 9. Bonus:
• - Experience in EDA/IC Design flow development, EDA-AI integration, or 6+ years of digital IC design experience
