05 Bridge Hardware Engineer - Open for Fresher

Office location : Etown Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City

As a Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking) , you will support Change Management activities for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as a technical bridge between Japanese/ Chinese customers and Software/Mechanical &other validation teams, you will drive change requests, assess technical impacts, coordinate validation activities, and ensure successful implementation of product changes while maintaining quality, reliability, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements
• Hardware design analysis
• Doing component level and product level compatibility analysis
• Co-ordination of Product level EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) & Reliability testing
• Interactions with plant for production related supports
• Handling Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• Coordination’s with Software, Mechanical and other validation teams

Qualifications

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics or related field.
• 0- 3 years of experience in board-level hardware design. Open for Fresher with good language and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Electronic components and product design & life cycle management
• Good knowledge in Analog, Digital circuits, Power Electronics design
• Good at project coordination
• Analytical thinking, good communication & teamwork
• Language proficiency in English AND at least one of the following languages: Japanese or Chinese.

Nice-to-have

• Hands on experience & good knowledge in Automotive Hardware domain
• Knowledge in product production process
• Experience in Reliability & EMC validation tests, Test plan & report preparation & Standards
