What You'll Do

As a Senior FPGA Engineer , you'll be at the heart of our technology, developing and optimizing Verilog/VHDL FPGA pipelines for real-time signal and image processing, instrument control, and high-speed data acquisition . Your expertise will ensure that our cytometers deliver exceptional accuracy and efficiency for researchers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and verify complex digital systems using Verilog HDL for FPGA platforms.
• Optimize performance through timing analysis, resource management, and power estimation.
• Implement and debug real-time digital signal processing algorithms and control systems.
• Collaborate with electronics engineers to integrate analog and digital components.
• Develop interfaces for high-speed ADCs, DACs, and data acquisition systems.
• Perform system-level testing and board bring-up for FPGA-based designs.
• Create verification and test plans to ensure reliable system performance.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s/Ph.D. preferred).
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, including state machine design and pipelining.
• Experience developing new FPGA components and maintaining existing systems.
• Knowledge of microprocessors and CUDA software development is a plus.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SFP+) is a bonus.
