‪Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Position Summary ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

The Robotics Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced robotic control systems in automated manufacturing environments. This includes the programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of all robotic platforms (ABB & Fanuc), as well as the efficient integration of these technologies into intelligent conveying systems throughout the organization. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The Robotics Specialist will report to the Automation and Controls Engineer of the Company.

‪Principal Duties ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

  • Supervise and optimize the performance of robotic systems; troubleshoot automation and control-related equipment as needed.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance protocols for robotic hardware including Arms, sensors, and grippers to ensure sustained performance, minimize downtime, and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collect and analyze robot performance data to drive improvements in uptime, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Manage robotic spare parts inventory, tracking usage, forecasting demand, and ensuring availability of critical components to minimize downtime.
  • Develop training materials and workshops for team members, focusing on emerging robotics technologies and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Perform diagnostics, upgrades, and integration of electrical systems within robotic cells including control panels, power supplies, safety circuits, and wiring layouts to ensure consistent operation and compliance with industrial standards.
  • Ensure reliable operation of robotic systems through routine service and troubleshooting of mechanical parts such as gearboxes, servo motors, and gripping mechanisms, focusing on wear prevention, alignment accuracy, and mechanical integrity.
  • Work closely with operations teams to resolve robotic issues that impact production efficiency, delivering hands-on troubleshooting and fast recovery solutions to maintain workflow continuity and uptime targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical personnel, fostering skill development and enforcing safe and efficient work practices
  • Perform other automation-related duties as assigned by Management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Controls & Robotics or equivalent education/ experience.
  • An electrical background, and advanced experience and knowledge of Robotics programming.
  • 3 years of experience in Robotics Programming (ABB and Fanuc).
  • 3 years of experience with Automated System Controls (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel up to 515% of the time.
