Ajax already released and continuously improves Malevich OS, which is a heart of our Hub’s. Now we are looking for Embedded Radio Engineers who are ready to make our system better with us. For us never could be enough: there are still a lot of new functionality, sensors, features to make our system even cooler.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in short range devices development for commercial products;
- Understanding wireless technologies (e.g. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, NB-IoT) and protocols stack;
- Work with RF tools to capture, transmit and analyze RF signals from/to radio broadcast. Vector network analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, software defined radio;
- Knowledge about circuit/block design of RF receiver/Transmitter, frequency synthesizer, mixers, digital signal processing, antennas arrays. Understand interferer and collision in RF, methodology of resolve conflicts in RF;
- Understands different modulation techniques (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, QAM), understands emit RF spectrums depend of modulation, understands receiver sensitivity, budget of RF channel;

Knowledge of embedded coding techniques, interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS485) and subsystems
- Experience with ARM Cortex M (STM, Realtek, TI etc);
- Scripting languages Python, Bash;
- Commercial experience with specific real-time operating systems;
- Understanding regulatory of usage radio frequency;

Good hands-on experience of software engineering fundamentals such as testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, pull requests and code reviews, source control, work item/issue tracking
- Participate in the full embedded software life cycle for RF solutions: choise, design, implementation, code reviews, documentation, testing and validation;
- Fine tune RF chips for best performance;
- Create test environment to validate quality gates for radio solutions;
- Analysis and systematic problem solving for reported issues;
- Cooperate with electrical engineers to perform verification of new hardware from radio perspective. Review and provide feedback on the firmware specific aspects of hardware design;

Senior Embedded Software Engineer

What we're looking for
At embedd.it, we power hardware-software integration in embedded devices. We turn fragmented semiconductor chip data into configurable digital twins, then deterministically generate code, tests, and documentation – making integration faster, cheaper, and resilient to supply chain shocks.
We’re looking for a true legend – someone with abstract thinking and deep expertise in low-level software development. You’ll build vendor-agnostic tooling for MCU and peripheral integration to solve hardware-software integration once and for all. We work at the intersection of embedded systems, code generation, compilers, and machine learning. It’s your chance to help redefine how low-level development is done.
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the driver structures and system layout
- Define scalable patterns for cross-architectural integration across bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and other environments
- Deconstruct complex SoC device trees and translate hardware descriptions into structured internal models for automated reasoning
- Partner with the ML team to shape data and annotation models for AI-driven data-extraction tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with firmware configuration, SoC bring-up, and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with code generation tools, or low-level compiler/decompiler/emulator technologies
- Strong background in embedded toolchains: compilers, linkers, debuggers, and build systems
- Python or scripting for automation and tooling is a plus
- Experience with functional-safety standards is a plus
