We are looking for an experienced professional based in Taiwan to work closely with local Tier 1 OEMs, building strong partnerships and fostering long-term, positive relationships. In this remote role, you will drive growth and boost adoption of McAfee’s consumer cybersecurity solutions by partnering with OEMs and supporting factory integration processes. You will manage end-to-end release delivery, resolve technical challenges with engineering teams, and uphold product quality through structured testing. As part of McAfee’s Partner and Platform Group, you will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to execute our growth strategy and help expand our market through seamless cooperation with OEM Channel Partners.
This is a remote position in Taiwan. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About The Role
- You should be a proactive, partner-focused professional with a strong interest in consumer cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, and technology innovation driven by OEM partners.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 OEM partners, addressing both technical and business needs to drive mutual growth.
- You will collaborate with global cross-functional teams to manage project requirements, deployment timelines, and ensure smooth product integration.
- You should be quick to understand partner environments and provide tailored recommendations to minimize technical complexities. You will work closely with McAfee Engineering to troubleshoot issues, define and execute test plans, and uphold the highest product quality standards.

Reporting to the Global Leader of OEM Channel Product Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping McAfee’s consumer business by directly contributing to strategic OEM partnerships and safeguarding consumers in an increasingly complex digital world.
- You should have 5+ years of partner-facing experience and can build strong relationships across all levels, from executives to individual contributors.
- You should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- You should bring hands-on experience in software development and quality assurance, especially on Windows platforms, and understand development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- You should be proficient with tools like Windbg, ADK, and Fiddler, and have strong problem-solving skills paired with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies.

You should comfortable working independently, adept with Microsoft Office tools, and experienced in multi-lingual, cross-cultural environments—experience with McAfee products and global strategic partners is a plus.

What we're looking for
At embedd.it, we power hardware-software integration in embedded devices. We turn fragmented semiconductor chip data into configurable digital twins, then deterministically generate code, tests, and documentation – making integration faster, cheaper, and resilient to supply chain shocks.
We’re looking for a true legend – someone with abstract thinking and deep expertise in low-level software development. You’ll build vendor-agnostic tooling for MCU and peripheral integration to solve hardware-software integration once and for all. We work at the intersection of embedded systems, code generation, compilers, and machine learning. It’s your chance to help redefine how low-level development is done.
Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the driver structures and system layout
- Define scalable patterns for cross-architectural integration across bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and other environments
- Deconstruct complex SoC device trees and translate hardware descriptions into structured internal models for automated reasoning
- Partner with the ML team to shape data and annotation models for AI-driven data-extraction tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with firmware configuration, SoC bring-up, and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with code generation tools, or low-level compiler/decompiler/emulator technologies
- Strong background in embedded toolchains: compilers, linkers, debuggers, and build systems
- Python or scripting for automation and tooling is a plus
- Experience with functional-safety standards is a plus
