Key Responsibilities
- As a member of the vehicle architecture - controls team you will be developing, tuning and updating the control system models for the vehicle.
- Understanding firmware, electrical and mechanical architecture of the vehicle and then bridge the gap between these architectures and make sure the control models are being implemented into the respective ECUs, within the design tolerances.
- Lead the development of the MBD software for upcoming ECUs which include working on the subcomponents like bootloader, embedded communication protocols, Timers, control models, IMU sensors and vehicle level features.
- Lead the MBD software for upcoming ECUs to production level, using code generation which should meet industry standards of MISRA compliance.
- Work on developing FMEAs and DVPs for new and existing software stack.
- Work on introducing ISO26262 standards of safety to the new and existing software stacks.
- Guide team with PLM releases and maintaining release flow for all the models and software release from the team.
- Understand vehicle data over CAN, and debug and analyze the data for model failure and edge cases to improve model performance.
- Actively intervene on the bugs originating from internal and customer vehicles and RCA and provide a fix on the models.
- Lead the development on the in-house prototyping concepts which involve the working of multiple sensors and communication protocols such as - speed sensor, electro-mechanical actuators, wireless communication etc.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related engineering field.
- At least 8+ years of experience in embedded and controls development for an automotive company.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing C/C++ for embedded microcontrollers required.
- Demonstrated experience in building models in MATLAB/Simulink and proficiency in scripting languages on MATLAB/Python.
- Demonstrated experience in developing state-machines.
- Able to read schematics and use an oscilloscope and other test equipment to independently troubleshoot electrical and firmware issues.
- Experience with NXP, ST, and other automotive controllers.
- Experience in implementing High frequency gate driver controls is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects with shifting deadlines and requirements.
- Proficient in verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Senior Embedded Software Engineer

You’ll build vendor-agnostic tooling for MCU and peripheral integration to solve hardware-software integration once and for all. Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture of the driver structures and system layout
- Define scalable patterns for cross-architectural integration across bare-metal, Zephyr, Linux, and other environments
- Deconstruct complex SoC device trees and translate hardware descriptions into structured internal models for automated reasoning
- Partner with the ML team to shape data and annotation models for AI-driven data-extraction tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, including bare-metal and RTOS-based systems
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Familiarity with firmware configuration, SoC bring-up, and system-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with code generation tools, or low-level compiler/decompiler/emulator technologies
- Strong background in embedded toolchains: compilers, linkers, debuggers, and build systems
- Python or scripting for automation and tooling is a plus
- Experience with functional-safety standards is a plus
